Watching movies at the cinema is quite expensive nowadays. Rather than viewing each release during its main run, try and wait until the show comes out on CD/VCD (after all we are living in Ma'sia). With a bit of patience, you can realize family savings of around MYR 25 per movie (assuming 4 pax per family) as compared to a family trip to the cinema. Bear in mind this is considering the parking fare plus popcorns and bla bla bla costs altogether...

If you realy realy must do, then, look for promo; some cinema gives special discount for students, old folks, members cards, promo with credit cards (such UOB) and on certain day of the week. You can also get better deals from online banking (Maybank2Y) and mobile prepaid provider (Xpax, hotlink).
